As the first point of contact for our builder clients’ leads, you play a pivotal role in shaping the buyer experience. You’ll respond quickly, nurture interest, qualify prospects, and set high-quality appointments—all while earning trust and positioning yourself as a valued advisor. This role calls for exceptional communication skills, strong CRM proficiency, and the ability to engage with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
As the primary contact for our builder partners, the Partner Success Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping the client experience from the very beginning. You’ll lead onboarding efforts, coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and organize deliverables to ensure a smooth and strategic launch for every partnership.
As a CRM Specialist at Convertly, you’ll play a key role in the implementation and optimization of CRM systems for our builder partners. You’ll work closely with our strategy and sales teams to configure lead flows, create automations, build reports, and ensure systems are aligned with each client’s unique sales process. You’ll be deeply involved in the onboarding phase of client engagements—helping translate business goals into CRM structures that support lead management, appointment setting, and performance tracking. Experience with HubSpot or builder-specific platforms like ECI Lasso is strongly preferred. This role is perfect for someone who loves clean systems, strategic problem-solving, and driving clarity through technology.
